# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and sear until evenly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
02 - In the same pot, add onion, carrots, celery, and mushrooms if using. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
