# What You'll Need:
→ Jellyfish Gummies
01 - 1 cup fruit juice (apple, grape, or berry)
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin or agar-agar (vegetarian alternative)
03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - Food coloring (optional: blue, pink, purple)
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
→ Decorative Jellies
06 - 1 cup coconut water or clear soda
07 - 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin or agar-agar (vegetarian alternative)
08 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
09 - Food coloring (various ocean-inspired colors)
→ Ocean-Themed Candies
10 - 1 cup gummy worms
11 - 1 cup blue raspberry candy belts, sliced into strips
12 - 1 cup rock candy
13 - 1 cup candy pearls or edible sugar pearls
# Step-by-Step Guide:
01 - Heat fruit juice and granulated sugar in a saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Add desired food coloring and lemon juice. Pour mixture into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds or round molds for the bodies and shallow molds for the tentacles. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes until set.
02 - In a separate saucepan, warm coconut water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir in gelatin and preferred food coloring. Pour the mixture into shallow molds or a baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes, then cut into seaweed or wave shapes.
03 - Arrange the jellyfish gummies on a large serving tray as the centerpiece. Attach gummy worms and candy belt strips as tentacles beneath each jellyfish body. Distribute decorative jellies, rock candy, and candy pearls around the tray to simulate an underwater scene.
04 - Keep the platter chilled until serving to maintain optimal texture and appearance.
