# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
04 - Return steak to skillet with vegetables, stir in Worcestershire sauce, then remove from heat.
