# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It transforms 99 cent ramen into something that tastes like it came from a restaurant
  • The curly noodles hold sauce in all the right places and get perfectly tender in the oven
  • You probably have everything in your pantry right now
  • It feeds four people for less than a takeout pizza
02 -
  • The water trick is non negotiable, otherwise you will have crunchy ramen patches in the middle
  • Breaking the ramen bricks to fit is fine and actually creates more interesting texture in the final dish
  • Cottage cheese gives you the exact same result for half the price of ricotta
03 -
  • Grating your own cheese makes a huge difference in how smoothly it melts
  • Use no boil lasagna noodles if you want to skip the water step entirely
  • A glass baking dish lets you see if the bottom layer is properly cooked through
