01 - In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend for 2–3 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create swirls.
03 - Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the top, then scatter with walnuts, fresh herbs, and lemon zest. Finish with a few cracks of black pepper.
04 - Serve immediately with pita, crackers, or veggie sticks.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • This dip turns a handful of fridge staples into something you could serve at a dinner party and feel smug about.
  • It’s outrageously easy to make – seriously, even when running late, you’ll look like a kitchen genius.
02 -
  • If the cream cheese isn’t properly softened, you’ll be chasing lumps for ages and miss that signature smooth finish.
  • Swapping in pistachios or pecans completely transforms the topping—a happy accident led me to use pistachios and they stole the show.
03 -
  • Use a block of feta packed in brine for unbeatable flavor and silkiness.
  • The right bowl matters: shallow and wide lets every dipper get an even swipe of toppings and creamy base.
