Flaky, golden puff pastry cups filled with creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce—these elegant bites are the ultimate easy appetizer for any gathering.

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin
Step 2:
On a lightly floured surface roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth creases Cut into 24 equal squares
Step 3:
Press a pastry square into each muffin cup gently shaping to fit
Step 4:
Place a cube of Brie into each pastry cup Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
Step 5:
Sprinkle with herbs and nuts if desired
Step 6:
Bake for 1315 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted
Step 7:
Cool slightly before serving Serve warm
