# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece into a 5-inch rope and tie loose knots at both ends to mimic dinosaur bones.
03 - Arrange the shaped breadsticks on the baking sheet. Brush evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and oregano if using.
04 - Bake the breadsticks for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
